FULL ROOF TRIM REPLACEMENT 

January 25, 2025

Our full PVC replacement with ventilated Soffits for extra air circulation, white PVC Fascia boards with square guttering. We then discovered that the mortar on the gable ends had perished so we advised our client. Our customer decided to go ahead with our advice so we installed dry verge caps, this also makes the property stand out from others. This particular project was completed on time and within budget. It’s the perfect example of my dedication to deliver a quality product, no matter what complications arise, in order to ensure full client satisfaction.
